What you will do

• Support Agent Architects in designing and testing AI agent workflows for enterprise clients.
• Research and refine LLM prompting strategies to align agent behavior with brand requirements.
• Test voice agent behavior, including pronunciation and SSML markup.
• Assist in connecting customer backends, CRMs, and ticketing systems via APIs.
• Perform quality assurance by identifying edge cases and analyzing conversation logs.
• Document best practices and internal knowledge articles for the team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Must be available for 16–20 hours per week in the Berlin office.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with a genuine curiosity about AI and conversational interfaces.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Notion.
• Basic knowledge of Python or Javascript is a plus.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Prior hands-on experimentation with LLMs.
