What you will do

• Design and implement datapath features for load balancer, firewall rules, and L7 protocol implementations.
• Build high-performance systems using deep C programming expertise, data structures, and algorithms.
• Independently drive moderately complex projects end-to-end, from conception to deployment.
• Apply expert knowledge of networking protocols and services including DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS.
• Use Unix/Linux knowledge to optimize networking and security applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building large-scale commercial networking and security applications using C or C++.
• Strong foundational knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Working experience with Linux, Unix, or similar operating systems.
• Proficiency in networking protocols and services (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS).
• BS or MS in CS/CE or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, including integrating new technologies to enhance workflows and problem-solving.

• Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity and delivery quality.
• Advanced networking protocol knowledge, specifically DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, and SSL/TLS.
