What you will do

• Design, deploy, and support highly available application delivery platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Layer 7 technologies (load balancers, reverse proxies, SSL/TLS services, traffic management policies, and Web Application Firewalls).
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments across physical, virtual, hybrid, and cloud platforms; support AWS/Azure networking, security, monitoring, and identity services.
• Implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 incident support, participate in on-call rotations, and lead troubleshooting/root-cause analysis for application and infrastructure issues.
• Support security controls, vulnerability remediation, observability (monitoring/logging/alerting), and compliance/audit activities.

Requirements

• U.S. Person eligibility required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee) due to ITAR/export control requirements.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or application delivery platforms.
• Experience administering Layer 7 networking and application delivery technologies, including load balancing and WAF solutions (e.g., F5 BIG-IP LTM/ASM, AWS ALB/NLB, Azure Application Gateway or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, routing, firewalls, and reverse proxies.
• Experience supporting AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms and virtualization/hybrid cloud architectures.
• Proficiency with scripting/automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible) and strong troubleshooting/communication skills.
