Salary: $21.27 - $24/hour

What you will do
- Act as a primary point of contact for venue partners to understand their unique ticketing challenges.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all products and services.
- Facilitate best practices and assist with event and promotion configuration.
- Track and report client interactions to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven ability to quickly master new end-user software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Ticket Operations for a venue.
