TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

Salary: $21.27 - $24/hour

What you will do

  • Act as a primary point of contact for venue partners to understand their unique ticketing challenges.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all hirify.global products and services.
  • Facilitate best practices and assist with event and promotion configuration.
  • Track and report client interactions to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to quickly master new end-user software applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ticket Operations for a venue.
