What you will do

• Manage the design and improvement of manufacturing and material handling processes.
• Provide technical support for plant operations and material flow optimization.
• Collaborate with design, product, and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Direct engineering support groups and manage relationships with vendors.
• Monitor expenditures for processes and equipment.
• Develop and test advanced process technology and lean principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• One year of experience as a Project Leader, Senior Software Engineer, or related role.
• Experience with PLC and HMI programming, Ethernet, and Devicenet networks.
• Proficiency in robotics, safety systems, servo motors, and motion control.
• Experience with Bluebotics Project Execution and ANT Drive configuration.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time to client sites nationwide.
