What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams on automation and controls-related projects.
• Program Rockwell PLCs, Fanuc robots, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Support operations and maintenance through troubleshooting and assembly line recovery.
• Implement quality improvement projects using error proofing and vision system integration.
• Lead machine guarding initiatives and safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of machine tending production processes.
• Proficiency in Rockwell PLC troubleshooting and Fanuc/ABB robot programming.
• Ability to work off-shifts and weekends as needed to support assembly processes.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
