What you will do

• Design control panels, hardware, and electrical schematics for manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement PLC/HMI software for machine control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes for all equipment designs.
• Integrate and commission custom and OEM equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet project milestones.
• Design pneumatic systems and machine electrical distribution layouts.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience in machine control design and commissioning.
• Proficiency in machine control system design, build, and equipment commissioning.
• Ability to work on-site in Eagan, MN as required by the hybrid schedule.
• Experience with industrial control systems and software.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens industrial control systems.
• Background in automation technologies including servo motion and robotics.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments like medical device, pharmaceutical, or aerospace.
