What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise systems strategy aligned with global growth and transformation goals.
• Lead a global organization spanning product management, engineering, enablement, support, and governance.
• Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and modern enterprise platforms to improve operational performance.
• Manage the Information Systems operating budget, investment portfolio, and strategic vendor relationships.
• Partner with executive leadership across Finance, Revenue, and Technology to ensure systems support organizational priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and operational stability across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Information Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Technology Operations.
• Proven success leading large-scale enterprise systems organizations through multiple layers of leadership.
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems, governance, service delivery, and business operations.
• Experience managing significant operating budgets and strategic technology investment portfolios.
• Fluency in English (C1+) is required for this global role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making and organizational change.
