What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-year enterprise systems strategy aligned with global growth and transformation goals.
- Lead a global organization spanning product management, engineering, enablement, support, and governance.
- Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and modern enterprise platforms to improve operational performance.
- Manage the Information Systems operating budget, investment portfolio, and strategic vendor relationships.
- Partner with executive leadership across Finance, Revenue, and Technology to ensure systems support organizational priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and operational stability across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Information Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Technology Operations.
- Proven success leading large-scale enterprise systems organizations through multiple layers of leadership.
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems, governance, service delivery, and business operations.
- Experience managing significant operating budgets and strategic technology investment portfolios.
- Fluency in English (C1+) is required for this global role.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to decision-making and organizational change.
