What you will do

• Identify and transform manual business processes into intelligent, AI-driven workflows to deliver measurable value.
• Design and build AI-powered tools and agents to enhance productivity in HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal.
• Develop scalable solutions leveraging platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise AI tools.
• Prototype, test, and refine AI solutions based on real user feedback and adoption signals.
• Create reusable templates, prompts, and frameworks to scale AI usage across the organization.
• Empower colleagues through hands-on training, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI potential.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in applied AI, automation, analytics engineering, or internal tools development.
• Hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows and working with ChatGPT, Copilot, APIs, and structured data systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee to meet the 25% in-office requirement.
