What you will do

• Architect and evolve a scalable, secure AI platform and reference architecture.
• Drive strategic decisions regarding model selection, fine-tuning, RAG, and agent frameworks.
• Provide architectural direction for Agentic AI systems, including workflow orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
• Lead and influence engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and architectural excellence.
• Define and enforce standards for Responsible AI, data privacy, and technical governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to define AI requirements and priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Engineer/Architect.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems in production, including LLMs, vector databases, and RAG.
• Proven experience with Agentic AI patterns and LLMOps/AIOps practices.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Background in domain-driven design (DDD) and platform engineering.
• Knowledge of GDPR, NIST AI RMF, and other ethical AI frameworks.
