What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of data scientists, data engineers, and machine learning professionals.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and execute high-value analytics and AI opportunities.
• Drive the adoption of machine learning, automation, and AI capabilities across the organization.
• Manage enterprise data assets ensuring quality, governance, and accessibility.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Snowflake and AWS environments.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and present business cases to senior leadership.
• Experience with DevOps principles and cloud-based analytics deployment.
• Strong business domain knowledge in pricing, procurement, or commercial functions.
