What you will do
- Manage inbound client and recipient support tickets with high responsiveness.
- Lead client calls to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing account support.
- Deliver product demos and walkthroughs tailored to different user needs.
- Gather customer feedback and identify recurring trends to improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with the product team to resolve technical issues and communicate user needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable leading calls and presenting to clients.
- Availability during peak business periods (November and December) with no vacation permitted.
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
