What you will do

  • Manage inbound client and recipient support tickets with high responsiveness.
  • Lead client calls to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing account support.
  • Deliver product demos and walkthroughs tailored to different user needs.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify recurring trends to improve internal processes.
  • Collaborate with the product team to resolve technical issues and communicate user needs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or account management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading calls and presenting to clients.
  • Availability during peak business periods (November and December) with no vacation permitted.
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
