What you will do
- Manage post-sales customer relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and on-time renewals.
- Maintain account health using usage metrics, engagement data, and regular customer interactions.
- Monitor health scores and proactively take action to maintain or improve account health.
- Partner with customers to define goals and KPIs, review progress, and communicate consistently across the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze customer data and platform usage to improve customer experience and deepen adoption.
- Identify expansion opportunities and escalate risks or issues when needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving adoption, retention, and growth.
- Strong understanding of customer health metrics, usage data, and success indicators.
- Experience delivering business reviews and communicating value to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Professional Services.
