What you will do

  • Manage post-sales customer relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and on-time renewals.
  • Maintain account health using usage metrics, engagement data, and regular customer interactions.
  • Monitor health scores and proactively take action to maintain or improve account health.
  • Partner with customers to define goals and KPIs, review progress, and communicate consistently across the customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze customer data and platform usage to improve customer experience and deepen adoption.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and escalate risks or issues when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer health metrics, usage data, and success indicators.
  • Experience delivering business reviews and communicating value to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Professional Services.
