What you will do
- Analyze and define software requirements to determine specifications and standards.
- Design, develop, and implement original software applications or modify third-party solutions.
- Propose software solutions and participate in the cost estimation and proposal process.
- Test and approve applications to ensure system reliability.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to subordinate team members.
- Manage user support, feedback, and create training documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of professional experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development lifecycle and subject matter.
- Ability to perform work under minimal supervision and handle complex technical issues.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a team-based, office-setting environment.
