Senior Lawyer - Asbestos

Location: Hybrid role based in Cardiff and Llanelli, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Manage a high-value Multi Track caseload involving asbestos-related diseases.
• Handle all stages of litigation from initial instruction through trial, including complex cases issued in the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
• Work alongside the Head of Asbestos on technically complex claims.
• Supervise and support colleagues on technical, procedural, and case strategy matters.
• Help maintain consistent standards of client care and case handling without formal line management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a strong track record of litigating asbestos-related disease claims.
• In-depth Multi Track experience, including funding, costs, and complex litigation.
• Ability to supervise colleagues and contribute to shared learning and development.
• Compassionate approach and ability to provide excellent client care in sensitive circumstances.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Cardiff or Llanelli setup.
