TL;DR

360 Designer (Entertainment): Creating high-impact visual identities and campaign assets for major television shows with an accent on key art, social content, and outdoor advertising. Focus on translating complex strategy briefs into bold visual languages and collaborating across creative teams to drive audience engagement.

Location: Must be based in Universal City, California (Hybrid: minimum 4 days per week in-office).

Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 yearly.

What you will do

  • Partner with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to concept and execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Design original key art, social assets, OOH, and print materials that align with show strategy.
  • Communicate concepts through sketches, mood boards, and pitches.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay current with design trends, platform best practices, and cultural moments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional design experience in entertainment, broadcast, or agency environments.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong conceptual skills and a portfolio demonstrating work across various genres.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Previous experience in the television or entertainment industry.
