What you will do
- Lead and coordinate team efforts to ensure project success and optimal performance.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in development workflows.
- Mentor developers, provide feedback, and support personal growth and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define project requirements and objectives.
- Contribute hands-on to coding tasks and lead technical initiatives.
- Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and mutual respect within the team.
Requirements
- Solid background in backend software development with expertise in C# and .NET.
- Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience in leading development teams in an Agile environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- English proficiency required; Spanish is considered a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.

- Previous experience in a scale-up or enterprise environment.
- Strong interest in accounting or fintech domains.
