TL;DR

Senior Backend Developer (C#/.NET): Leading a development team to build and optimize accounting software solutions with an accent on Domain-Driven Design and CI/CD practices. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate team efforts to ensure project success and optimal performance.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in development workflows.
  • Mentor developers, provide feedback, and support personal growth and skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Contribute hands-on to coding tasks and lead technical initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and mutual respect within the team.

Requirements

  • Solid background in backend software development with expertise in C# and .NET.
  • Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • English proficiency required; Spanish is considered a significant plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a scale-up or enterprise environment.
  • Strong interest in accounting or fintech domains.
