Location: Must be based in or able to work from Marousi, Greece (Hybrid role)

What you will do
- Define and champion a compelling casino product vision and multi-year roadmap.
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through to delivery and iteration.
- Build and maintain a prioritized backlog spanning game aggregation, jackpot management, and gamification tools.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Partner with Engineering, UX/Design, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless delivery of market-leading solutions.
- Manage relationships with third-party game suppliers and live casino studios to influence roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in online casino, ideally on the B2B or platform side.
- Strong understanding of casino game mechanics, promo engine architecture, and gamification.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder product programs at scale.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and A/B testing to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable influencing C-suite and operator clients.
Nice to have
- Experience with regulated casino markets and compliance/legal teams.
- Familiarity with game certification processes and jurisdictional requirements.
- Understanding of RNG, RTP, and volatility considerations.
- Exposure to agile/scrum delivery frameworks.
