What you will do
- Define and own the multi-quarter product vision and roadmap, expanding the hair tools portfolio
- Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market validation to inform decisions
- Source, evaluate, and launch new products through suppliers and manage full lifecycle
- Improve existing products based on feedback, returns, reviews, and NPS
- Design, run, and iterate product experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partners for alignment and execution
- Build a structured product development process and lead a small team as business scales
Requirements
- 4+ years in Product, Category, or Brand Management in DTC e-commerce, consumer products, beauty, or haircare
- Proven track record of launching products from concept to market and running lean experiments
- Strong customer insight skills via interviews, surveys, and feedback synthesis
- Analytical expertise to interpret data, track KPIs, and drive decisions
- Experience collaborating with performance marketing for product-market fit
- High bias for action, structured approach, and excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with older or accessibility-focused customer segments
- Knowledge of hair tools, beauty devices, or assistive products
- Working with Asian manufacturers (e.g., China)
- Familiarity with reviews, NPS, and customer feedback systems
- Exposure to performance marketing, CRO, or growth teams
