Location: Based in Europe, hybrid setup with at least two days per week in the office (Amsterdam, Paris, or Lisbon) or remote.

What you will do
- Define and execute long-term account strategies to drive performance and seller retention.
- Manage key KPIs including GMV, sell rate, and hammer price to ensure profitable growth.
- Analyze seller-level auction data to identify trends, risks, and actionable growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Category Managers and Business Developers to align on cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain deep market expertise in the wine trade to support category expansion and partnership development.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in French and English is required.
- Proven commercial experience in the wine trade (auction, marketplace, negotiant, importer, or high-end retail).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience in senior account management and handling complex commercial negotiations.
- Ability to work autonomously in a scaling environment.
