Fullstack Developer (AdTech)

Location: Must be based in Poland, Serbia, or Romania

A large-scale advertising technology company building audience intelligence and campaign automation tools for brands, agencies, and publishers across multiple digital channels.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and take full ownership of core features across the entire development cycle.
• Develop a new audience-targeting system based on Live TV, streaming services, and Ads.
• Create and integrate intuitive, responsive user interfaces from scratch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
• Refactor system components using latest technologies to improve performance and stability.
• Lead and mentor other developers, providing guidance on complex projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience in designing and implementing architecture for web systems and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases and Linux environments.
• English: Fluency in spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern UI frameworks (ReactJS, Vue, Angular).
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
