What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for plant operations, equipment, and systems.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer representatives and site personnel.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analysis for power disruptions and equipment failures.
• Oversee maintenance activities, inspections, testing programs, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Monitor plant performance and respond to power interruptions or operational abnormalities.
• Develop corrective action plans and reliability improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Abilene, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in power generation, industrial operations, or plant engineering.
• Strong understanding of power generation, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and controls.
• Ability to support rotational scheduling and travel to other facilities as required.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement corrective actions.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineering (PE) credentials.
• Experience leading site operations, commissioning, or reliability programs.
• Customer-facing experience in an industrial or energy environment.
