What you will do

• Manage general office operations including mail, shipments, and vendor coordination.
• Provide direct patient care, including fitting, education, and application of orthopedic products.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and collect out-of-pocket costs.
• Support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team with data entry and document indexing.
• Act as a point of contact for contracted payers and accrediting agencies during audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance reimbursement or DME medical billing.
• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe.
• Full-time work authorization in the United States is required (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Professional credentials such as BOC, CFo, PTA, or Athletic Training licensure.
