Collective Training SME (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Location: Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States; up to 20% travel to subordinate unit training missions throughout the United States.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Review collective training plans for alignment with Army doctrine, policies, training strategies, and readiness requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and assess collective training exercises for Army Reserve Intelligence forces.
• Develop exercise scenarios, training objectives, evaluation criteria, and assessment methodologies.
• Integrate GEOINT, All-Source Intelligence, SIGINT, HUMINT, and Counterintelligence functions into training events.
• Coordinate subject matter experts, role players, facilitators, facilities, equipment, logistics, and participant support.
• Conduct after-action reviews and prepare reports and recommendations to improve training programs and intelligence readiness.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience, training, and education.
• At least five years of experience supporting military intelligence training, readiness, or operations.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing collective training exercises within military organizations.
• Knowledge of Army training doctrine, training management processes, and readiness reporting requirements.
• Experience with at least one intelligence discipline, including GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, All-Source Intelligence, or Counterintelligence.

Nice to have

• Military Intelligence professional military education.
• Experience with Army Reserve or National Guard intelligence organizations.
• Experience with ATMS, DTMS, or similar training management platforms.
• Certified military instructor, facilitator, or trainer credentials.
• Experience supporting intelligence readiness, mobilization, or collective training at brigade, division, command, or higher headquarters level.
