- Qualify job specifications and maintain accurate, comprehensive job descriptions.
- Collaborate with the wider team to understand client requirements and employer value propositions.
- Share critical market information and vertical knowledge with the broader consulting team.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Brighton for hybrid work.
- Previous experience in recruitment, business development, or sales-incentivised roles is advantageous.
- Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
