What you will do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.

• Represent the full suite of workforce services in client-facing environments.
• Qualify candidates and match them with vacancies in the technology, construction, and engineering sectors.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Manchester.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Tenacious, resilient, and driven to succeed in a commercially focused role.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
