What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across specialist sectors.
• Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals through proactive outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial introductions to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Utilize company tools and data to track market trends and sharpen outreach strategies.
• Negotiate agreements and act as a go-to talent partner for clients.

Requirements

• Degree: 2:1 or above (or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style.
• High level of ambition and a desire to grow fast in a commercial environment.
• Proven work ethic demonstrated through academics, internships, or part-time work.
• Professionalism and maturity in handling client and candidate interactions.
• Must be based in London for this onsite role.
