What you will do

• Run basic and common mechanical testing techniques according to machine and customer specifications.
• Determine and record test results (including pass/fail or material composition for research purposes).
• Use testing and analysis software and complete report templates with test outcomes.
• Perform pre- and post-test measurements on specimens.
• Support mechanical testing operations, including general machine maintenance and escalation of repair needs.
• Perform failure testing occasionally as requested by customers.

Requirements

• Location: Product Evaluation Systems - Latrobe, PA 15650
• Ability to read, see, hear, and speak English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
• Ability to use tools including microscopes, saws, test frames, and basic hand tools.
• High school diploma or equivalency (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Must be a “U.S. Person” due to ITAR export control requirements.
