What you will do

• Lead the development, scaling, and industrialization of SiC MOSFET and GaN HEMT technologies across internal fabs and external foundries.
• Serve as the technical authority for wide bandgap process integration and architecture definition.
• Own and deliver new manufacturing processes and optimization programs to maximize yield, performance, and reliability.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business strategy.
• Coordinate global cross-functional collaboration between R&D, production, and quality departments.
• Mentor engineers and leverage competitive industry insights to foster a high-performance innovation culture.

Requirements

• PhD (preferred) or Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor fabrication and process integration, specifically focusing on SiC and/or GaN.
• Proven track record of bringing advanced processes from R&D into high-volume manufacturing.
• Deep hands-on expertise in wafer processing and manufacturing technologies.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
