What you will do

• Act as the technical liaison between the company and suppliers for metallic structural parts.
• Monitor supplier industrial processes and propose improvements to meet technical requirements.
• Supervise supplier development roadmaps from TRL 4-5 up to TRL 9.
• Partner with Product Assurance to monitor quality control plans, specifically NDT and material certifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of flight models.
• Document technical reviews and generate reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Aerospace, Material, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer with a focus on space-graded metallic components.
• Deep knowledge of high-performance alloys like Aluminium, Titanium, and Inconel.
• Expertise in manufacturing methods including 5-axis machining, sheet metal bending, and additive manufacturing.
• Significant experience in welded metallic structures and associated inspection standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
