Salary: $200,000 – $240,000

What you will do
- Integrate frontier models and AI agents across the worker app, business app, and ops platform to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
- Lead frontend and backend development while mentoring other engineers.
- Architect and build core systems, including real-time matching, autonomous vetting pipelines, and distributed APIs.
- Own product surfaces end-to-end in close partnership with product and design teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across frontend and backend using TypeScript, React/React Native, and Node.js or Python.
- Strong proficiency with APIs, distributed systems, PostgreSQL, and messaging queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or agents into real products, including prompting, tool wiring, and evals.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable products in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
