What you will do

• Own complex product problems from discovery through delivery, defining the "what", "why", and success metrics.
• Design end-to-end journeys, interaction models, and high-fidelity experiences across web and mobile.
• Prototype concepts frequently to explore ideas, align stakeholders, and accelerate learning.
• Translate complex financial concepts and data into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system while collaborating closely with engineers.
• For Staff-level: Provide strategic design leadership, mentorship, and elevate design quality across teams.

Requirements

• Experience designing digital products in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or similarly complex domains.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design excellence, and visual craft.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive work forward.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence decisions across audiences.
• Must be based in Europe.
