What you will do
- Analyze delivery operations from collection and transit through handover and successful delivery, standardize processes, and improve route planning and resource scheduling.
- Coordinate carrier and self-operated capacity, including personnel and vehicle planning, resource bidding, and peak-season capacity reserves.
- Monitor delivery timeliness, on-time rates, cargo damage, and other core indicators; manage order exceptions, complaints, and emergencies.
- Establish carrier assessment processes, inspect service quality, drive corrective actions, and organize training on operational and safety standards.
- Analyze delivery data, prepare improvement reports, and coordinate with business, technology, and customer service teams to implement solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with delivery operations, logistics processes, capacity planning, or carrier management.
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities.
- Experience coordinating multiple departments and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to manage operational exceptions, customer complaints, emergencies, and contingency plans.
- Knowledge of carrier quality assessment, compliance, and operational or safety standards.
