What you will do

• Architect cloud-native AI applications integrating LLMs, vector search, and real-time data.
• Design and implement end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.
• Develop RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents for production environments.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Full-stack, AI, and Data engineers.
• Build backend services using Python and integrate them with React or Angular frontends.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems.
• Expert-level Python proficiency and strong full-stack experience with React and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases.
• Strong product vision and intuition for UX/UI design.
• Must be based in or able to work from Jersey City, NJ, USA

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog).
• Knowledge of GenAI frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Experience with Node.js full-stack development.
• Previous experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
