Customer Relations Specialist

Location: Karlsruhe, hybrid, or remote within Germany

What you will do

• Review newly registered commercial sellers in the APAC region using business documents, submitted evidence, and independent research.
• Support partners throughout onboarding until all requirements for active sales are fulfilled.
• Assist with onboarding partners in the EMEA and Americas regions.
• Monitor activated sellers for compliance with platform guidelines, terms and conditions, and legal requirements, including trademark and copyright rules.
• Investigate guideline violations and initiate appropriate measures.
• Work with sales, account management, payment service provider, and fraud prevention teams to improve customer relations processes.

Requirements

• Experience onboarding or supporting professional clients, ideally with KYB and AML processes, or experience in the luxury segment.
• Native or near-native Japanese and English at C1 level or higher are required.
• Precise written communication and an empathetic approach to challenging customer situations.
• Proficiency with common office software and experience using CRM systems.
• Investigative, solution-oriented, conscientious, and open to new processes.
• Interest in watches is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean.
• Experience in the luxury segment or an interest in watches.
