What you will do

• Contribute to the specification, development, and monitoring of E2E Mission Performance Simulator chains.
• Monitor the development of Instrument Simulator Software and Level 1 Prototype Processor Software.
• Review algorithms, software code, and interfaces for Level-1 and Level-2 processing.
• Ensure simulator chains meet functionality and performance requirements across system and geophysical models.
• Analyze impacts on mission performance resulting from development deviations.
• Support test data production and the analysis of on-ground and in-orbit calibration campaigns.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven expertise in remote sensing technologies (passive and active systems).
• Experience in Earth Observation ground processing chains and data analysis.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Must be eligible to work in the EU.
