What you will do

• Implement World Courier Quality Assurance Standards and ensure policy compliance across the team.
• Manage the CAPA and complaint processes, including investigating deviations and generating reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GDP) and regulatory inspections.
• Review Local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) to maintain service standards.
• Create training materials and conduct general quality training for employees.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier qualification in cooperation with operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic understanding of Quality Management processes, specifically ISO 9001.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Quality environment with GxP expertise.
• Fluency in German and good English skills.
