What you will do

• Design and implement embedded firmware in C and C++ for STM32 microcontrollers.
• Develop real-time algorithms for inductive sensing and position feedback.
• Implement and optimize communication interfaces including SPI, UART, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with sensor electronics.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and system validation to ensure performance and power efficiency.
• Produce technical documentation for firmware and system architecture following ISO 9001.

Requirements

• Strong experience in embedded C and C++, specifically with STM32 and ARM Cortex-M.
• Proficiency with STM32 HAL or LL drivers and bare-metal development.
• Knowledge of inductive sensing, signal processing, and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with debugging tools such as JTAG, SWD, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Ability to create simple PC applications for data analysis and configuration.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for harsh or demanding environments.
• Understanding of EMC and safety standards.
• Practical soldering skills and experience with Mathcad.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
