What you will do

  • Establish and lead the Technical Assurance program across all North American projects, including standards and governance.
  • Oversee QA/QC programs, quality management systems, and performance benchmarks.
  • Validate MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and controls systems to ensure design intent and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead commissioning strategy, including Functional Performance Testing (FPT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
  • Manage readiness frameworks and stage-gate processes for facility turnover to operations.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and lead executive reporting on project performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience delivering mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Expertise in MEP systems, QA/QC, commissioning, and reliability principles.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE, IEC, and Uptime Institute.
  • Must be based in the US
