Location: Hybrid (London) — Must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) at the London office

What you will do
- Lead and contribute to complex strategic initiatives across Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) and the wider Group.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on deep analysis and research to advise the GEC and Board level.
- Shape the Group’s corporate strategy by assessing the evolving operating environment and competitive landscape.
- Produce insightful analysis on competitors, challenger banks, and wider market trends.
- Support the execution of strategies to translate them into tangible business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or consulting within complex financial services environments.
- Proven track record of analyzing large, complex datasets and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
- Strong experience delivering strategic initiatives such as M&A, disposals, or transformation programmes.
- Ability to engage senior partners and produce high-quality materials for Executive and Board-level discussions.
- Strong commercial awareness of market dynamics, competitors, and investor expectations.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.
