What you will do

• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the PMO for strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and tracking progress against key metrics.
• Own the design and evolution of the company-wide OKR framework and lead business reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
• Manage Corporate Development and M&A activities, including identification, due diligence, and execution of transactions.
• Facilitate communication between the executive team, the board of directors, and shareholders to enhance organizational confidence.
• Maintain and update investor materials, including pitch decks and the company data room.

Requirements

• Must live in and possess valid work authorization for the UK or Spain.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, specifically within technology or telecommunications.
• Proven track record in M&A transactions, due diligence, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
