What you will do

• Develop and deliver a variety of data products, including recommendation engines, predictive models, and ML systems.
• Apply data mining and statistical analysis (hypothesis testing, segmentation) to large volumes of data to optimize business strategies.
• Process multimodal datasets, with a specific focus on audio/speech data to extract insights and enhance model performance.
• Develop and optimize models for speech recognition, NLP, and machine translation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to co-develop research plans and monitor outcomes.
• Translate research findings into compelling data visualizations and stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in executing complex research projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in hypothesis-driven research within the AI or analytics industry.
• Hands-on experience with audio, speech, and language datasets, including NLP or speech processing models.
