What you will do

• Lead research on state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions to optimize the Ad Sales business.
• Design and implement successful models and algorithms in support of cross-functional teams.
• Execute A/B experiments and perform detailed statistical analysis to refine model performance.
• Improve the scalability, efficiency, and automation of large-scale data analytics, model training, and deployment.
• Partner with software engineering and product management to define success metrics and drive feature adoption.
• Translate complex scientific findings into actionable business recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ML, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications (4+ years if holding a Master's).
• Proven record of publications or patents at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong expertise in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or distributed computing.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Seattle, WA, USA.

• Experience using Unix/Linux environments.
