What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new customers, including goal setting and product training.
• Configure accounts and provide tailored guidance to ensure a smooth rollout.
• Identify and prioritize accounts with high activation potential to maximize engagement.
• Connect platform features directly to customer pain points and business objectives.
• Position payment processing as a core component of the customer's business success.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to improve the onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, implementation, or account management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, and video conferencing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building trusted relationships.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership.
• Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry is strongly preferred.
