What you will do
- Identify and acquire high-value clients through networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with professional traders and family offices.
- Manage client portfolios to meet specific KPIs including asset scale, trading volume, and revenue.
- Provide professional advisory on spot, derivatives, and structured financial products.
- Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies to provide actionable market insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Web3 industry with hands-on knowledge of exchanges, DeFi, and custody.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong KPI and result-oriented mindset with experience in data-driven performance management.
- Ability to handle a high-intensity work pace and frequent business travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a background in finance or asset management preferred.
