What you will do

  • Manage pre-sales and post-sales interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Process returns (RMA), servicing, and exchanges, including preparing documentation and trouble tickets.
  • Track and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update databases regarding returned materials and inventory accounts.
  • Coordinate and schedule field service repair calls.
  • Resolve return credit problems and maintain records of product pricing and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a specialized customer service function.
  • Ability to handle complex assignments requiring independent judgment and initiative.
  • Proven experience in managing RMA processes and equipment tracking.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Letchworth Garden City, UK.
