What you will do

• Lead, guide, and empower a team of engineers to deliver hirify.global products to customers.
• Partner with clients to evaluate unique needs and architect optimal technical solutions.
• Interview, hire, and train top software development talent while building career paths.
• Review and implement workflows to improve the efficiency and predictability of the technical solutions team.
• Act as the Technical Lead, translating complex client needs into actionable work items and performing code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Management and executive leadership to align engineering capacity with business priorities.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional software development experience with a trajectory of increasing leadership responsibility.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams in customer-facing environments (managing 10+ contributors).
• Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and elevating engineers.
• Deep understanding of client-facing dynamics and the challenges of customer environments.
• Ability to apply solid project management principles to daily operations.
