What you will do

• Manage the hub budget and ensure alignment with business priorities and governance standards.
• Oversee resource planning, organizational growth, and local cost management.
• Coordinate compliance-related topics across HR, Global Mobility, Tax, Legal, Payroll, and Finance.
• Ensure workforce structures and employment models are managed in a compliant and practical way.
• Drive local hiring decisions in cooperation with recruiting and business stakeholders.
• Act as a central interface for hub services and build strong relationships with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or a comparable economic field.
• Several years of leadership experience in a shared services hub, engineering hub, or international matrix environment.
• Proven experience in people leadership with legal and functional responsibility.
• Experience managing budgets, organizational growth, and local business operations.
• Fluent English skills required; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
