What you will do

• Dress and finish welds on various metal components.
• Operate electric and pneumatic grinders and pad sanding tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a metal dressing or finishing role.
• Proficiency with grinders and sanding tools.
• Ability to produce high-quality finishes with strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and manage workload without supervision.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Chilton.

• Experience reading engineering drawings.
