What you will do
- Review daily disbursement and repayment processes for lending products.
- Reconcile insurance transactions, including premium registration and claims.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance and funding partners.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and generate lender reports.
- Prepare transaction summaries and handle ad-hoc operational tasks.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in finance operations.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate data logically and accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in financial services or BNPL is a strong advantage.
